The Panama Trade Mission begins in Panama City. Therefore your arrival to Panama should be into the PTY (Tocumen International Airport) on June 4th, 2026 between 10am and 2pm. If you arrive outside of this window of time you will need to make your own way to the hotel for check-in.
The Panama Trade Mission ends in Panama City. Therefore your departure from Panama should be out of the PTY (Tocumen International Airport) on June 9th, 2026 after 12 noon and before 2pm for your comfort and to take advantage of the group transportation.
If you depart after this window of time you could spend time in the city and then make your own way to the airport for your flight.

You can extend your adventure in Panama by exploring the cloud forest, volcano, or another beach area in the country.
Please note that these trips are done on your own. You will have local guides for the guided tours mentioned and you will have Boyero Travel virtual support throughout.
Trips are valid for 2 or more people traveling together (can be 2 people staying in single rooms or 2 people sharing a double room).

The Panama Trade Mission ends in Panama City. Therefore your arrival to Panama should be into the PTY (Tocumen International Airport) on June 9th, 2026 between 8am and 12 noon. If you depart outside of this window of time you will need to make your own way to the airport for your flight.
Non-refundable Deposit: We will collect a 25% non-refundable deposit upon registration for each traveler as outlined in the Boyero Travel Terms & Conditions. This non-refundable deposit is due on or before January 4, 2026.
Group does not meet minimum: If the 14 person minimum is not met , we reserve the right to add a surcharge or make changes to the itinerary to allow it to run with a smaller group size.
Smaller group of 13 people or less: As mentioned above, in order to run the trip for a smaller group, Boyero Travel would need to make changes to the itinerary or add a surcharge. If the whole group does not agree to this, then Boyero Travel will refund the amount paid by each person, less a $100 service fee.
